We are gearing up for our 2012 summer season and have a few new options so you can get the most of out your local food experience.  Most exciting, we are offering 3 distinct share options.  We are keeping our Bare Essentials Boone pickup location as our primary spot, but we are also going to offer a Blowing Rock drop spot for pre-boxed shares.  We are trying to feed more people and grow our membership, and we hope these new features will help achieve our goals.

Share Options

Our 2012 summer season features weekly shares from June 5-October 16.  Here are our 3 share options for the season:

Garden Share - The garden share contains 4-6 vegetables weekly. This option is perfect for small households.  $300

Full Harvest Share - The harvest share contains 7-10 seasonal produce items, including fruit and herbs. This option is appropriate for larger households, or for small households that rely on produce for a significant portion of their diet.  $600

Variety Share - The variety share contains 4-6 seasonal produce items and highlights special items such as free-range eggs, breads, chevre, molasses, etc. This option will introduce you to the best variety in High Country food.  $600
