The HC-CSA connects you with fresh, organic products grown and made in the High Country.  We work with farms and producers in the High Country to provide our members with the highest quality products.  We offer a summer sign-up program with multiple share options, and we have a bi-weekly winter a la carte orders program that provides fresh, local, and natural products to anyone in the High Country.

Launched in 2009 by veteran CSA members at Maverick Farms in Valle Crucis, HC-CSA is made up of a diverse farmer base.  From one- to thirty-acre plots, new growers to multi-generational farms, what our farmers share is a dedication to their community and providing the highest quality food.
